Underwater, every breath is slow, deep and deliberate. Calm, even breathing is the first skill every diver learns, because it keeps you relaxed, saves air and lets you hover effortlessly. It is the same resonance breathing we teach in The Online Tribe, practised in the most immersive classroom on Earth.
Add warm water, weightlessness, the hush of the reef and a sea turtle gliding past, and attention narrows to the present moment. Many divers describe it as the most complete mental reset they know.

From the marina to the reef
Boats leave from Fujairah International Marina Club on the Corniche Road. Pick-up and drop-off can be arranged, including return transport from Dubai.
Registration
Check in one hour before departure. Paperwork, a short medical questionnaire and your equipment fitting.
First dive trip
A briefing on the boat, then your first dive at one of two sites chosen for the day's conditions.
Rest & refresh
Refreshments on board between dives while your body off-gasses and you swap stories of what you saw.
Second dive trip
The afternoon departure for a second site, or join just this trip if mornings do not suit you.

Mountains in the morning, ocean by noon
Fujairah is the only place in the UAE where the Hajar Mountains meet the Gulf of Oman. That makes it possible to combine an Al Bithnah grounding walk, a dive day and a farm-to-table dinner in one stay.

Before you dive
Do I need any diving experience?
No. The Try Dives are designed for complete beginners, with close supervision from the instructor throughout. Certified divers can book Just Dive or private dives.
Where do we meet, and when?
At Fujairah International Marina Club on the Corniche Road, Fujairah. Registration is one hour before departure; boats leave at 09:00 and 13:00.
Can you collect me from Dubai?
Yes. Return transport from Dubai to Fujairah is AED 150 per person, and local pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
What is included?
Environmental permits, round-trip boat transfers, two dive locations and refreshments. Equipment is included where the price says so; Nitrox is an optional extra.
Can children dive?
APEX Divers runs youth-friendly SSI courses. Ask about the minimum age and the right programme for your family when you book.
Are there health requirements?
Every diver completes a short medical questionnaire before diving. Some conditions, such as certain heart or lung problems, recent surgery or pregnancy, need a doctor's clearance first. If you are unsure, ask before booking.
